Weact Pty Ltd

This licence authorises the licensee to carry on a financial services business to:

provide general financial product advice only, for the following classes of financial products:

derivatives, limited to those where the amount of the consideration or the value of the arrangement is ultimately determined or derives from or varies by reference to the value of an instrument, right or obligation that is or relates to:

a carbon unit;

an Australian carbon credit unit;

an eligible international emission unit;

the generation of renewable energy or any other energy efficiency measure, whether it is issued or created in Australia or elsewhere; or

the offset or the reduction in the emission of gases into the atmosphere, whether it is issued or created in Australia or elsewhere;

carbon units;

Australian carbon credit units; and

eligible international emissions units;

deal in a financial product by:

issuing, applying for, acquiring, varying or disposing of a financial product in respect of the following classes of financial products:

derivatives, limited to those where the amount of the consideration or the value of the arrangement is ultimately determined or derives from or varies by reference to the value of an instrument, right or obligation that is or relates to:

a carbon unit;

an Australian carbon credit unit;

an eligible international emission unit;

the generation of renewable energy or any other energy efficiency measure, whether it is issued or created in Australia or elsewhere; or

the offset or the reduction in the emission of gases into the atmosphere, whether it is issued or created in Australia or elsewhere;

applying for, acquiring, varying or disposing of a financial product on behalf of another person in respect of the following classes of products:

derivatives, limited to those where the amount of the consideration or the value of the arrangement is ultimately determined or derives from or varies by reference to the value of an instrument, right or obligation that is or relates to:

a carbon unit;

an Australian carbon credit unit;

an eligible international emission unit;

the generation of renewable energy or any other energy efficiency measure, whether it is issued or created in Australia or elsewhere; or

the offset or the reduction in the emission of gases into the atmosphere, whether it is issued or created in Australia or elsewhere;

carbon units;

Australian carbon credit units; and

eligible international emissions units; and

provide the following custodial or depository services other than investor directed portfolio services restricted to an arrangement where any or all of the financial products or a beneficial interest in any or all of the financial products referred to in paragraphs (i)(ii) and (iii) below are entered in a Registry account as defined in section 4 of the Australian National Registry of Emissions Act ("ANREU Act") is held in the name of Weact Pty Ltd in the Australian National Registry of Emissions Units where Weact Pty Ltd complies with the ANREU Act in relation to that holding:

carbon units;

Australian carbon credit units;

eligible international emission units;

to wholesale clients.
