applying for, acquiring, varying or disposing of a financial product on behalf of another person in respect of the following classes of products:

deposit and payment products limited to:

basic deposit products; and

general insurance products;

operate the following kinds of registered managed investment schemes (including the holding of any incidental property) in its capacity as responsible entity:

"250 Elizabeth Street" scheme (ARSN: 091 047 344),

a scheme which only holds the following types of property:

direct real property;

"Astor Martin Place Trust" scheme (ARSN: 093 819 115),

a scheme which only holds the following types of property:

direct real property; and

"The Barossa Valley Resort" scheme (ARSN: 091 043 864),

a scheme which only holds the following types of property:

direct real property limited to:

serviced strata schemes; and

provide the following custodial or depository services:

operate custodial or depository services other than investor directed portfolio services;

to retail and wholesale clients.
