from 1 July 2022, securities in a CCIV; and
operate the following kinds of registered managed investment schemes (including the holding of any incidental property) in its capacity as responsible entity:
"Stacks Finance Property Fund" scheme (ARSN: 126 461 176),
a scheme which only holds the following types of property:
direct real property limited to:
stable property trusts or syndicates; and
schemes which only hold the following types of property:
mortgages;
to retail clients.
